Monica DiNatale Host New York Fun Food Adventure
Monica DiNatale is a warm, entertaining, experienced television host and actress. Monica has hosted nationally distributed segments utilizing both her improv and memorization skills. Her book 365 Guide www.my365guide.com was fueled by her passion for the New York culinary scene. With more than 10 years experience as an actress, model and host, Monica brings well-rounded professionalism to every shoot. With her smile, warmth and charisma, she is instantly likeable both on-air and in person.  Her improvization skills, crafted by study with the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre in New York City, assure confidence in any situation.
Monica has appeared in many commercials, television shows and films. Credits include ESPN, The Sopranos, PBS and Rensil D'Silva's film Kurbaan.

Monica is highly proficient with an Ear Prompter, owns her own kit, never leaving home without it to save valuable time on set. She is a pro with Teleprompter, Green Screen, and live man-on-the-street interviews. Monica won a 2007 Writer's Guild Award, and a 2008 Writer's Guild Nomination, for her creativity and experience behind the scenes as well.  She is a correspondent for iFood.TV and her blog at www.ifood.tv/monica , averages more than 2 million hits annually. Monica has a BA in Communications and has always worked in broadcasting.
Some of her interviews include Jacques Torres, Marcus Samuelsson and Cat Cora. She is currently indulging her ravenous appetite with classes at the Institute of Culinary Education in New York City.  Monica is a founding member of the improv group Trapper John.


Food, travel, performance, and New York City are Monica's passions! Monica is a student of food and travel, learning to pair wine with pasta in Italy and catching and cooking her own Halibut off the coast of Alaska. Culinary travels include 'kafta" in Cairo, Egypt, "camel & emu" in Australia, "sadza" in Zimbabwe, Africa,  "pho" in Hanoi, Vietnam, alpaca & guinea pig in Cuzco, Peru, "dim sum" in Hong Kong, "tagines" in Marrakech, Morocco, and caught her own salmon for immediate sushi in New Zealand....
In another life she was a nomad!
